Plant based diet

The message that a plant based diet is GOOD for us, the animals and the planet is getting out there!Check out the link- Mark Bittman food writer for the New York Times makes an eloquent, funny and impasssioned plea for everyone to eat less meat and more plants. Not specifically a vegan argument but persuasive enough to get some omnivores to re think their diet. Echoed by the journalist Raj Patel in the ‘related link’ below. Get your friends and family to look at this stuff!!! Also check out the Meat reducing article listed in the menu.
