Linda's Peanut Refridgerator Cake

Ingredients
- 250g vegan digestive biscuits crushed
- 50g glace cherries chopped
- 250g crunchy peanut butter
- 50g vegan marg
- 50g dates chopped
- 100g vegan chocolate
- 2 tbsp soy cream
- 25g caster sugar
- 9 in/ 22cm flan case
- Grease proof paper
Method
- Line flan base with greaseproof paper
- Melt marg
- Add marg to biscuits, cherries, dates and peanut butter
- Put mix in tin and bung in fridge for a few hours
- Make topping by combining choc, soy cream and sugar
- in bowl over hot water
- Pour topping over base
- Stick in fridge for 2 hours
