Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 500g tomatoes chopped
- 1 onion chopped small
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp vegan marg
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 500ml soya milk
- 1 bay leaf
- black pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Fry onion in marg until becoming transparent
- 2 Add flour and fry for 1 minute
- 3 Add tomatoes and bay leaf
- 4 Cook 10 minutes (keep stirring)
- 5 Add tomato puree and pepper
- 6 Add soya milk slowly (keep stirring)
- 7 Take out bay leaf and whizz up.
- If too thick thin out with water
