Ingredients
- Quantities per person
- 5 green cardamoms
- 1 black cardamom
- 4 black peppercorns
- 1cm cube Root ginger diced
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 5 cloves
- 150 ml Water
- 150 ml Soya milk
Method
- Put all ingredients except soya milk in pan
- Simmer 25 minutes
- Add soya milk and heat until drinking temperature
- Serve
